A: Cancellations must be made in writing (email or signed note). We require 30 days’ notice, and services will continue during that period. Payments remain due until the end of the notice period.

Q: Do I own the content you create for me?
A: Yes. Once your payments are fully up to date, all content we create for you belongs to you. We may showcase some of the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Q: What if I’m not happy with the work?
A: We’ll review any concerns together. If there’s justified evidence that the work hasn’t met the agreed standard, we may provide a partial refund or make revisions at our discretion.

Q: Do you use subcontractors?
A: Occasionally, we may use trusted subcontractors for specialised tasks. They’re bound by the same confidentiality and quality standards as Summit Social, and Robbie Milne remains responsible for all work delivered.

Q: What are your working hours?
A: Our standard contact hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We may work flexibly outside these hours, but all non-urgent communication should be within this timeframe. For urgent matters or emergencies, you can still reach us outside standard hours.

Q: Do you work with international clients?
A: Yes. Summit Social can operate remotely, including from abroad. Service delivery remains consistent, and any impact on response times will always be communicated in advance.

Q: Do you charge travel expenses?
A: Only for significant trips such as overnight stays or long-distance meetings. All expenses are agreed with you in advance, and we keep them reasonable and transparent.

Q: Can you also edit YouTube videos?
A: Absolutely. Video editing is an integral part of many businesses today, and we can take that workload off your hands, producing polished, easy-to-watch content that helps grow your brand.
